Harvested in November, and matured for two years in oak barriques, Brumaire is made from extra-ripe,
sugar-concentrated petit manseng grapes. It is an elegant, concentrated and complex sweet wine, full of yellow jammy fruit, apricot, honey and hints of white truffle ending with racy acidity and minerality.
