SAN GUIDO, GUIDALBERTO: Produced by the Incisa della Rocchetta family (Sassicaia). A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese with the grapes coming from vineyards close to Sassicaia vineyards and which belong to a cousin of Nicolo Incisa. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats and aged in oak barrels (25% new French, 25% new American and the remainder used formerly for Sassicaia). This wine is bursting with charming primary fruit. Soft, succulent and juicy with very fine, well integrated tannins. A wine of great purity and charm.
