Our evening begins Monday 4th September at 6pm with drinks on the Terrace followed by Ciarán’s imaginative and poetic Five-Course Seafood Celebration Menu and accompanying wines presented by Pascal Rossignol and Colm McCan of Le Caveau Wine Merchants at 6.45pm.
With copious and lavish sacrifices to the weather gods planned in the interim, we hope to dine outside as the sun gently sets; later under a fecund moon and starlit sky, we invite you to sit back and unwind to silken jazz favourites till late.
