We have run out of stock for this item.

Bruyère-Houillon Arbois Chardonnay is Chardonnay (ouillé) grown on Calcareous clay and limestone rich slopes. The wine stays in old barrels for a minimum of 12 months, but in essence, it is only bottled when ready. Pure, intense with that magnificent energy, which is a trade-mark in Renaud and Adeline’s wines.

RENAUD BRUYÈRE – ADELINE HOUILLON, Pupillin Biodynamic, natural

Renaud Bryuyère and Adeline Houillon take care of only 4.5 hectares of low-yielding vines, so their production is rather small. Their parcels are farmed biodynamically, like more and more young winemakers in the area.

Their red wine vineyards are located near the village of Pupillin, sitting on the hills above the main town of Arbois. Pupillin is known as the “World Capital of Ploussard” and is home of natural wine legend Pierre Overnoy, whom Renaud worked for in the mid-2000’s.
