PEBBLE DEW, Marlborough Organic principles
We have been actively seeking a well-priced Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir from Marlborough from grapes sustainably grown for quite a while. Our friends at les Caves de Pyrène may have just found the perfect answer. The vineyards there are managed following organic principles, the grapes are hand harvested and gently handled in the winery with minimal intervention and no additives. Fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts and the wines are bottled with only a light filtration.
