Eclat d'Oc Chardonnay, Val des Pins is a bright and fresh unoaked white. It has an attractive yellow colour with tinges of green. Lovely nose, pungent, flowery with hints of lemon. The palate is fresh and fruity, and show amazing intensity with green apple, honeyed notes, nuts and dried fruit character with a slight touch of minerals on the finish.
