“With its perfumed aromas, this is a wine that has richness and sweetness, with soft velvet power. It has an intense wood element that needs to blend into the rest of the wine, but the sweet black currant and freshness provide good balance. This is a seductive wine, with a fine solid character.”
95 points and an Editors` Choice, Wine Enthusiast

`A beautiful wine with 13.4% natural alcohol, this blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc possesses a deep ruby/purple color as well as a sweet perfume of cassis, incense, charcoal, and subtle oak, round, generously endowed flavors, medium to full body, silky tannin, and surprising depth and length. It can be drunk now and over the next 12-15 years. Drink 2010-2025.`   (04/10) 90-93 points Robert Parker.

“Fresh mushroom on the nose, with dark fruits and berries. Full-bodied, with soft, velvety tannins and a rich, fruity finish. Balanced and pretty, with lovely length. Best after 2012.”
90 points Wine Spectator:

“Good saturated medium ruby. Black cherry, cassis, minerals and spices lifted by a peppery nuance. Full, rich and ripe, with black fruit and mineral flavors given a firm edge by piquant licorice and herbs. Finishes with good breadth and dusty, fine tannins.”
(03/10) 89-92 points Stephen Tanzer`s International Wine Cellar: (May/June 08)
