Made from several parcels within the Pommard appellation, this lovely, juicy wine has an enticing nose of dark berry and violet. The palate is medium, fresh and lively with gorgeous ripe strawberry, fruit of forest and hint of sous-bois.

Description

DOMAINE OLIVIER LEFLAIVE frères, Puligny-Montrachet
Brothers of Anne-Claude Leflaive, Olivier and Patrick run this estate with 12 ha of vineyards in the best climates of the Côte de Beaune. The wines, made in collaboration with in-house oenologist Franck Grux, are intense, purely defined with intelligent use of oak. In addition, they source grapes and must from a handful of dedicated growers.
Today, Olivier spends his time between his winery and greeting visitors to his “Table d’Olivier Leflaive” restaurant and guest house located in the heart of Puligny village.
