The Casa Maria Verdejo is dry, light-bodied and zesty, with flavours of green apple and fennel, typical of the grape variety. This flavour profile works well with a variety of foods-ideal with a simply grilled piece of fresh mackerel and a green salad, or as an aperitif with a handful of manzanilla olives.
Bodega Cuatro Rayas is the largest and arguably the most important producer of wines in the Rueda D.O.
Established in 1935, the cooperative has evolved to become a state of the art winery, where the focus is to make quality wine, in an environmentally-friendly manner.
