Madregale Rosso is a medium-bodied red blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, offering excellent depth while remaining effortlessly drinkable. The grapes are sourced from vineyards that stretch from the rolling coastal hills to the rugged Majella Massif, ensuring a diverse range of terroirs that enhance complexity. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a short maceration period to extract colour and flavour while preserving freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by brief aging to enhance fruit purity. The nose is rich with aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries, and a touch of wild herbs. On the palate, layers of juicy red fruit, subtle spice and a hint of earthy minerality, finishing with smooth tannins and a gentle warmth.
