Bisou is a light red made from organic Grolleau Gris, Grolleau Noir, Gamay and Chenin blanc. Lively and playful on the tongue, raspberry, red fruit, black cherry and refreshing minty notes. This is wine to serve slightly chilled.
Domaine Mosse, St Lambert du Lattay, Organic, Natural
Founded in 1999 by René and Agnès Mosse, the 15-ha (organic since 1999) estate has parcels in St Lambert, Beaulieu sur Layon and Savennieres. The wines are made with native yeasts, no additives and and very low intervention. Long elevage follow in large old oak barrels and foudres.
Today the estate has been taken over by René and Agnès two sons, Sylvestre and Joseph. Both brothers worked few seasons in wine bars including Chateaubriand and Aux deux Amis in Paris and Terroirs in London. They continue producing very fine natural wines
