Rocher de la République Rosé IGP Pays D'Oc, Val des Pins is a certified organic blend of Cinsault / Grenache Clay-limestone and stony soil from the Montpellier Area.
With a pale pink robe and salmon reflections, this rosé captivates with a nose expressing aromas of fresh fruits. On the palate, its lightness combines with a smooth sweetness. Bright, fresh red fruits on the palate balanced by citrus.
Perfect for an aperitif, and pairs well with a summer salad or grilled seafood.
The grapes are destemmed and then directly pressed upon arrival at the cellar. Cold settling for 24 hours, followed by fermentation at low temperature (18°C). Vinification in concrete and stainless steel tanks to enhance the expression of fruits and terroir.
